Rwanda Convention Bureau (RCB), on behalf of Rwanda Development Board (RDB), invites qualified and experienced Professional Conference Organisers (PCOs) to bid for the organisation and coordination of the 21st Kwita Izina gorilla naming ceremony. The main event is scheduled for 4 September 2026 at the foothills of Volcanoes National Park, Kinigi, Musanze District, with sub-events running August–September 2026 across multiple locations. The PCO scope covers KI-D Day community igitaramo, exhibition, community project launch, and all associated logistics. Tender documents (TOR) are obtainable from the RCB Procurement Office, RDB building 5th floor, Kigali, upon payment of a non-refundable fee of RWF 10,000 to RCB account 0009507728806-72 at Bank of Kigali.
